A solar installation company managing dozens of active projects across clients — all via WhatsApp threads and disconnected spreadsheets. Nothing was connected. Nothing was visible. We fixed that in one week.

The Challenge
The Solution
We built a three-part Notion operating system from scratch:
CRM database — every client with full contact history, project links, and status tags. No more WhatsApp archaeology.
Project tracker — each installation as a linked record with phases, tasks, assigned team members, and progress bars.
CEO dashboard — a live roll-up view showing total pipeline, active projects, open tasks, and completed work. One page. Always current.
The system was built so the entire team could update it naturally as part of their workflow — no extra steps, no "remember to log this."

Key Takeaways
What made this build work
Everything linked, nothing siloe
The CRM, project tracker, and dashboard are all connected. Update a project status once — the dashboard reflects it instantly.
The CEO view is the most important page
Leaders don't need more data they need less, better organized. One dashboard showing the right numbers beats ten spreadsheets.
Adoption happens when it's easier than the alternative
The team adopted Notion in a week because updating it was simpler than the WhatsApp threads they were replacing.
