hese Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of heyabdo.com ("the Website") and any products or services offered by Abdo ("we", "us", "our").

By visiting the Website, purchasing a product, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website or purchase our products.

Products & Licensing

All Notion templates sold on heyabdo.com are digital products delivered as Notion workspace duplicates or links. Upon purchase, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template.

You may:

Use the template for personal and commercial projects
Customise the template to suit your needs
Use the template across your own Notion workspace

You may not:

Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the template to others
Share your purchase link publicly or with people who have not paid
Claim the original template design as your own work
Use the template to create competing template products for resale

Payments & Refunds

All purchases are processed securely through our payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Refund policy:

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final by default
If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased template, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it or issue a refund
Refunds will not be issued for change of mind or if the product was used
Consulting service payments are governed by the individual service agreement

Intellectual Property

All content on heyabdo.com — including but not limited to template designs, written copy, graphics, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of Abdo and is protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Website or its content without express written permission from us.

When you purchase a template, you receive a usage licence as described in Section 2. Ownership of the underlying template design remains with Abdo.

Prohibited Use

You agree not to use the Website or our products for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

Violating any applicable local, national, or international law
Transmitting unsolicited commercial communications
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website
Uploading malicious code or interfering with Website functionality
Impersonating Abdo or any member of our team
Using our brand, name, or templates in a misleading or defamatory way

Consulting Services

Custom Notion workspace consulting services are subject to a separate service agreement confirmed at the start of each project. The following general terms apply:

Project scope, timeline, and pricing are agreed upon before work begins
A deposit may be required before work commences
Revisions and additional work outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges
Delivered workspaces are for the client's internal use only and may not be resold
We retain the right to reference completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
