Conferencing Integrations

To get the most from conferencing integrations in Notion Calendar, use the desktop or web version. Notion Calendar supports three types of conferencing integrations:

1. Default Integrations

These are available automatically based on your calendar provider. For example, Google Meet links are available by default if your event is on Google Calendar.

2. Connected Integrations

You can directly connect tools like Zoom by logging into your account through Notion Calendar. Once connected, new meetings you create on the desktop or web will include conference links automatically.

3. Custom Integrations

If you're using a conferencing tool that isn't natively supported, you can still integrate it. Go to:
Settings → Conferencing → Conferencing providers → Add
Here, you can enter a stable link and name the integration. It will then appear in your conferencing dropdown when creating events.

Popular custom conferencing tools supported:

  • Around

  • BlueJeans

  • Doxy.me

  • Microsoft Teams

  • Skype

  • Webex

  • Whereby

⚠️ Note: If an event has conferencing links both in its description and conferencing field, Notion Calendar prioritizes the link in the description.

Set a Default Conferencing Option

If you often schedule meetings with multiple participants, you can set a default conferencing tool (like Zoom) to be automatically added when you create an event.

How to Set It Up:

Go to:
Settings → Conferencing → Default conferencing
From the dropdown, select your preferred tool (e.g., Zoom).

Zoom Integration

Zoom is a fully supported integration in Notion Calendar. Here’s how to connect and manage it:

Connect Your Zoom Account
  1. Go to Settings → Conferencing.

  2. Find Zoom and click Configure.

  3. In your browser, log in with your Zoom credentials and click Authorize.

✅ Notion Calendar requests only the necessary permissions to add Zoom meetings to events securely.

Zoom Passcode Settings
  • If you’ve enabled Personal Meeting IDs (PMIs) in Zoom, Notion Calendar will use them for stable links.

  • Otherwise, a one-time secure PIN will be generated automatically.

Disconnect Zoom

If you no longer want to use Zoom with Notion Calendar:
Go to Settings → Conferencing, find Zoom, and select Disconnect.

📌 Tip: If you're unable to authorize Zoom, ask your Zoom admin to visit marketplace.zoom.us, search "Notion Calendar," and enable Pre-approve.

⚠️ By default, when you join Zoom calls from Notion Calendar, your video will be off.

Google Meet Integration

Good news: Google Meet is ready to use out of the box if your Google account is connected to Notion Calendar.

Notion Calendar ensures that when you're using multiple connected Google accounts, you’re joining meetings with the correct one.

❗If Google Meet doesn’t show up as an option, it might be disabled in your Google Workspace. Contact your admin to enable it.

Notion Integration

Yes, Notion Calendar works with Notion!

Here’s what you can do:

  • Add Notion pages to calendar events for quick access to docs or databases.

  • View Notion database timelines directly in Notion Calendar.

This means you no longer need to separately track your Notion-based tasks and your calendar events, they’re all in one place.
